Accordingly, in the event of any unauthorized disclosure, use or copying of the software BSRM shall have the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief.

The web site contains Confidential Information of Business Savvy Risk Managment. As a user of this site you agree to take the necessary precautions to maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information pertaining to or disclosed in connection with the use of this site by using at least the same degree of care as such party employs with respect to its own Confidential Information of a like-kind or nature, but in no case less than a commercially reasonable standard of care to maintain confidentiality.

The software and database may also contain information which has been entered by the user. BSRM agrees that it will respect such confidential and commercially sensitive information and it will not at any time seek to disseminate or divulge to a third party user information unless directed by the user to do so.
